Heute werden wir 5 Jahre alt. 🎉
5 Jahre mit unglaublich vielen Höhen, aber auch mit richtig harten Tiefen.
Was mit einer klaren Idee, viel Leidenschaft und einem Konzept gestartet ist, das am Anfang voll eingeschlagen hat, war nicht immer eine einfache Reise. Es gab Zeiten, die uns wirklich an unsere Grenzen gebracht haben. Momente, in denen wir nicht wussten, wie es weitergeht. Zeiten, in denen der Druck enorm war, Entscheidungen schwer gefallen sind und einfach jeden Tag volle Energie gebraucht hat, nur um weiterzumachen.
Wir mussten viel hinterfragen, Fehler aufarbeiten, Dinge neu denken und uns teilweise komplett neu sortieren. Es war nicht immer schön. Aber genau diese Zeiten haben uns auch geprägt.
Dass wir heute hier stehen und wieder mit voller Zuversicht nach vorne schauen können, ist alles andere als selbstverständlich.
Danke an unsere Frauen und Partnerinnen, die in diesen Phasen oft mindestens genauso viel mitgetragen haben wie wir. Danke an unsere Geschäftspartner, unser Team, unsere Investoren und an alle, die an uns geglaubt und uns unterstützt haben, auch wenn es schwierig war.
Und vor allem danke an euch, unsere Gäste. Dafür, dass ihr Woche für Woche kommt, uns euer Vertrauen schenkt und uns die Möglichkeit gebt, das zu tun, was wir lieben: Menschen glücklich zu machen.
5 Jahre später sind wir immer noch da. Vielleicht mit ein paar grauen Haaren mehr, aber stärker, dankbarer und mit noch mehr Lust auf das, was vor uns liegt. ❤️🥂
