This fiery, spreadable pork sausage is a hallmark of Calabrian cuisine, renowned for its bold flavors and spicy kick derived from the region’s vibrant chili peppers.

Our dish pays homage to this culinary gem by incorporating pickled steamed parsnips, decadent stracciatella di burrata, crunchy caramelized pistachios, and a hint of fragrant tarragon, resulting in a tantalizing symphony of flavors that celebrate the essence of Calabria.
